SFORMATO DI PASTA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g pasta
150 g burro
100 g grana grattugiato
4 uova
3/4 l latte
farina
Noce moscata
sale
Pepe

Preparare una Besciamella con farina, latte, 50 g. di burro, sale, Pepe, poca Noce moscata e, fuori dal fuoco, unire 80 g. di burro, il grana, i tuorli e le chiare montate a neve.

Cuocere la pasta al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirla con la salsa preparata, metterla in una teglia imburrata e infornare per 20 minuti.
