SPAGHETTI CON ASPARAGI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g asparagi
600 g punte di asparagi
500 g pomodori pelati
olio d'oliva
sale
Pepe

Far insaporire le punte di asparagi scongelate in padella con l'olio, unire i pomodori tritati, salare, pepare, coprire e far cuocere a fiamma bassa.

Cuocere gli Spaghetti al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirli con la salsa preparata e servire.
