SPAGHETTI CON CAROTE E FUNGHI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


400 g Spaghetti
2 carote
40 gr funghi secchi
350 g pisellini surgelati Findus
prezzemolo
4 cucchiai olio
30 g burro
sale
Pepe
parmigiano grattugiato

Cuocere nell'olio i piselli e le carote a dadini per 15 minuti, salare e pepare. Unire i funghi rinvenuti in acqua tiepida e il prezzemolo tritato. Aggiungere 1 bicchiere di acqua e cuocere per altri 5 minuti. Lessare gli Spaghetti e condirli con il burro e il sugo di verdure. Servire con parmigiano grattugiato a piacere.
