SPAGHETTI DI MAGRO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

380 g Spaghetti
1 spicchio aglio
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
2 cucchiai Uova di Lompo
4 cucchiai olio
limone
sale
Pepe nero

Lessare molto al dente gli Spaghetti. Tritare finemente prezzemolo e aglio. Scaldare l'olio, unire gli Spaghetti, il trito di prezzemolo e aglio e le uova di Lompo. Amalgamare bene gli ingredienti e togliere dal fuoco. Spolverizzare con Pepe nere macinato al momento e spruzzare con poche gocce di limone.
