SPAGHETTI ALLA MODUGNO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Spaghetti
10 olive nere
6 Capperi
2 Acciughe sotto sale
4 gherigli noce
1/2 bicchiere olio
prezzemolo
sale

Mettere nel frullatore olio, olive tagliate a pezzi, Capperi, Acciughe e gherigli di noce.

Tritare il prezzemolo, metterlo in una casseruola con un po' di olio e farlo insaporire per un paio di minuti.

Lessare la pasta e condirla con la crema preparata ed il prezzemolo.
