SPAGHETTI AL NASELLO

Spaghetti_nasello Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Spaghetti
300 g ``fiori di nasello"
40 g burro
4 cucchiai olio
3 cucchiai marsala secco
200 g pomodori pelati
1 grattata Noce moscata
1 cipolla
sale
Pepe

Far scongelare il pesce e tagliarlo in piccoli pezzi. Dorare la cipolla tritata nell'olio, unire i pezzetti di nasello, salare, pepare e farli rosolare dolcemente. Unire i pomodori tritati e cuocere per 20' circa. Quindi passare al setaccio. Rimmettere il passato in pentola insieme con il burro, il marsala e la Noce moscata. Far addensare e condirvi la pasta cotta al dente.
