SPAGHETTI CON SALSICCE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g Spaghetti
4 salsicce
20 g burro
1/2 cipolla
1 bicchiere vino bianco
6 pomodori pelati
60 g parmigiano
sale

Spellare le salsicce, rosolarle nel burro con la cipolla tritata, bagnare con il vino e, quando sarà evaporato, aggiungere i pomodori pelati, spremuti e tritati.

Cuocere gli Spaghetti al dente, condirli con la salsa, cospargerli di parmigiano grattugiato e servire.
