TAGLIATELLE AL PAPAVERO

300gTagliatelle
40gsemi di papavero
50gzucchero
100 g burro
q.b. sale
formaggio grana

Preparazione:
  1. in una capace pentola larga, far sciogliere il burro
  2. pestare o mixare i semi di papavero con lo zucchero (col mixer usare piccoli colpi per evitare che lo zucchero diventi a velo)
  3. scolare le Tagliatelle, dopo averle lessate al dente
  4. padellare le Tagliatelle nel burro ed unire i semi di papavero pestati con lo zucchero ed il formaggio grana
