TAGLIATELLE AL TONNO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g Tagliatelle all'uovo
4 spicchi aglio
200 g tonno
1 cucchiaio Capperi
prezzemolo
Basilico
olio
sale

Far dorare l'aglio nell'olio, unire il tonno sminuzzato, i Capperi e far rosolare per pochi minuti.

Cuocere le Tagliatelle al dente in abbondante acqua salata, scolarle al dente, metterle nella padella con il tonno, far insaporire, cospargere con il prezzemolo e il Basilico tritati e servire.
