TAGLIATELLE VONGOLE E FUNGHI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Tagliatelle
250 g vongole
500 g funghi champignon
400 g pomodori pelati
prezzemolo
sale
olio
2 spicchi aglio

Soffriggere l'aglio nell'olio, unire i funghi. Dopo 10' aggiungere i pomodori e il sale. A fine cottura unire le vongole e cuocere ancora 5--10'.

Lessare la pasta al dente e condirla con il sugo ed un trito di prezzemolo.
