TAGLIOLINI AL MASCARPONE E GORGONZOLA

Tagliolini_mascarpone_Gorgonzola Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Tagliolini freschi
30 g burro
2 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato
2 cucchiai latte
130 g mascarpone
8 gherigli noci
130 g Gorgonzola
sale
Pepe

Sbattere il Gorgonzola a pezzetti con il latte, unire il mascarpone, un pezzetto di burro, condire con sale e Pepe macinato al momento. Cuocere i Tagliolini, scolarli al dente, versarli nel condimento, mescolare, incorporare il rimanente burro, il parmigiano, i gherigli di noci e servire subito.
