TORTELLINI ALLA CREMA

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
400 g tortellini
1 cipolla
30 g. di burro
1/2 bicchiere latte
1 manciata grana grattugiato
1 manciata emmenthal grattugiato
sale

Far stufare per 20 minuti la cipolla affettata con il burro, frullarla con il latte e far scaldare la salsa su fuoco basso unendo il grana e l'emmental. Cuocere i tortellini in abbondante acqua salata, condirli con una noce di burro e la salsa preparata e servire.
