PAELLA VALENZANA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

1 pollo
500 g coniglio
1/4 l olio
200 g fagiolini
300 g fagioli bianchi
1 peperone verde
3 pomodori maturi
500 g riso
1/4 l acqua
Zafferano
Peperoncino tritato
sale
aglio
prezzemolo

Versare in una capace padella l'olio e quando fuma versarvi il pollo e il coniglio a pezzetti e far dorare. Unire i peperoni e i fagiolini a pezzi e i fagioli. Far soffriggere, unire prezzemolo, aglio, Peperoncino e pomodori a pezzi. Mescolare, unire l'acqua e cuocere per 1/4 d'ora, poi unire il riso e lo Zafferano. Cuocere, mescolando, per altri 20'.
