RISO ALLO CHAMPAGNE

Ingredienti:

riso
cipolla
burro
Champagne Brut
panna
parmigiano
sale
brodo

Rosolate la cipolla tagliata finemente con il burro. Versare il riso e rosolare; aggiungere un bicchiere di Champagne e brodo; a fine cottura aggiungere la panna ed il parmigiano; rendere omogeneo il tutto e servire.
