RISO CON I GAMBERETTI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


400 g di riso
300 g gamberetti sgusciati surgelati
1 bicchiere vino bianco
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
burro
sale
Pepe

Sciogliere in una casseruola il burro, unire i gamberetti, far insaporire, spruzzare con il vino, salare, pepare e lasciare sul fuoco per circa 10 minuti. Cuocere il riso in abbondante acqua salata e scolarlo al dente. Condire il riso con la salsa di gamberetti, cospargere di prezzemolo tritato e servire.
