RISO E SOIA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g riso
200 g germogli di soia
4 cucchiaini salsa di soia
40 g passato di pomodoro
60 g grana grattugiato
olio d'oliva
sale

Lessate il riso in acqua salata. Lavate i germogli di soia e metteteli in un tegame ad insaporire con poco sale, la salsa di soia, olio d'oliva e passato di pomodoro. Fate cuocere per 20 minuti a fuoco medio. Versate la salsa sul riso, unite il grana grattugiato, girate e portate in tavola.
