RISO VEGETARIANO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g riso
100 g passato di pomodoro
1 zucchina
1 peperone
1 carota
1 costola sedano
1 cipolla
aglio
prezzemolo
brodo
olio
burro
grana grattugiato
sale

Tagliare a dadini la zucchina, il peperone, la carota e il sedano e farli rosolare in olio e burro con un trito di cipolla, aglio e prezzemolo. Unire il riso, il passato di pomodoro e far cuocere per circa 20 minuti diluendo con il brodo. Mantecare con burro e grana e servire.
