RISOTTO CON CALAMARI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g riso
1 kg calamari
1/2 kg Cozze
aglio
olio
50 g burro
vino bianco
sale
Pepe
prezzemolo

Tagliare ad anelli i calamari puliti e metterli in pentola con olio, aglio, sale e Pepe, spruzzare di vino, coprire e cuocere per 20' circa. A parte far aprire le Cozze e unirle ai calamari. Rosolare nel burro il riso, allungare con il brodo delle Cozze filtrato. Completare la cottura unendo al risotto i calamari con le Cozze e, per ultimo, il prezzemolo tritato.
