RISOTTO ALLA LATTUGA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g riso
30 g burro
10--12 foglie lattuga
1 cipolla
1.5 l brodo
60 g frana grattugiato
olio
sale

Lavate e asciugate la lattuga, eliminate la costina e tagliatela a striscioline. Soffriggete la cipolla tritata in una noce di burro e poco olio, aggiungete la lattuga, salate, coprite e stufate per 5 minuti a fuoco basso. Unite il riso, cuocetelo alcuni minuti, aggiungete un poco alla volta il brodo e, dopo circa 15 minuti, spegnete il fuoco, unite il grana e 20 g. di burro, girate ancora e servite.
