CANEDERLI AI FORMAGGI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

3 panini raffermi
400 g latte
3 uova
100 g Fontina
100 g asiago
50 g Gorgonzola
50 g parmigiano grattugiato
6 cucchiai brodo
cipolla

Tagliare a fette il pane e bagnarlo nel latte tiepido. Mescolare e far riposare due ore. Aggiungere i formaggi a dadini, la cipolla già imbiondita a fuoco dolce, le uova, la farina e il parmigiano.

Formare con l'impasto dei grossi Gnocchi e farli bollire per 15 minuti nel brodo.
