GNOCCHI BROCCOLI E PANCETTA

Per fare gli Gnocchi, consultate ef{Gnocchi}. Dosi per 2.

500 g Gnocchi
50 g pancetta
olio
300gbroccoli
100 cc panna

Soffriggere 50 g pancetta a dadini con pochissimo olio, aggiungere i broccoli a pezzettini sbollentati per 5 minuti e saltare in padellla sino a che i cubetti di pancetta diventano croccanti, aggiungere 100 cc di panna da montare e lasciare addensare per un paio di minuti.
