GNOCCHI CON FONTINA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

750 g Gnocchi di patate
150 g Fontina
5 cucchiai panna
4 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato
burro
sale

Cuocere gli Gnocchi in abbondante acqua salata, man mano che vengono a galla scolarli e metterli in una pirofila da forno imburrata. Cospargerli con il parmigiano, versare la panna, coprire con la Fontina tagliata a fettine sottili e infornare per circa 5 minuti. Servire caldissimi.
