GNOCCHI AL FORNO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

750 g Gnocchi di patate
150 g formaggio tipo emmenthal
burro
parmigiano grattugiato
sale
Pepe

Cuocere in acqua bollente salata gli Gnocchi di patate, adagiarli a strati in una pirofila imburrata alternandoli con fiocchetti di burro e pezzetti di formaggio.

Cospargere con il parmigiano, pepare, mettere in forno già caldo a 220oC per circa 10 minuti e servire.
