GNOCCHI DI POLENTA AL FORNO

Ingredienti per 4 persone

350 g polenta (appena cotta)
30 g burro
50 g formaggio grana
150 g Fontina
q.b. sale
Pepe
burro

Preparazione:

  1. lasciar intiepidire la polenta e con le mani umide formare degli Gnocchi
  2. far cuocere questi in acqua bollente (saranno cotti quando saliranno a galla)
  3. distribuirli in una teglia e ricoprirli con il formaggio grana grattuggiato e con la Fontina tagliata a pezzettini piccoli
  4. aggiustare di sale (poco) e Pepe ed unire qualche fiocchetto di burro
  5. infornare a 200oC per circa 10 minuti MAX
