GNOCCHI DI RICOTTA E SPINACI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g spinaci surgelati
300 g ricotta
100 g parmigiano grattugiato
3 uova
farina
burro
Salvia
sale
Pepe

Ammorbidire la ricotta e lavorarla con un cucchiaio di legno; incorporare gli spinaci lessati e tritati; unire il parmigiano e le uova; salare, pepare, aggiungere la farina e mescolare. Formare degli Gnocchi, cuocerli in acqua salata per pochi minuti e condirli con burro fuso e Salvia.
