MALFATTI DI SPINACI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g spinaci surgelati
250 g ricotta
80 g burro
1 tuorlo d'uovo
parmigiano grattugiato
1 po' farina
Noce moscata
Pepe
sale

Lessare gli spinaci, passarli al passaverdure e farli insaporire nel burro, aggiungere il tuorlo, la ricotta, la Noce moscata, Pepe e sale. Fare delle palline grandi come noci, infarinarle e gettarle in acqua salata in ebollizione. Quando vengono in superficie, scolarle e metterle in una pirofila imburrata, cospargere con il burro e il parmigiano e metterle per 10 minuti al forno.
