MINESTRA BRETONE

minestra_bretone Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 patate
2 carote
1 rapa
1 zucchina
30 g burro
2 cucchiai olio
1 bianco di porro
1 petto pollo
2 l brodo
200 g riso
100 g pisellini

Tagliare a dadini le patate, le carote, la rapa, la zucchina. Farli insaporire con il burro, l'olio e il bianco di porro a rondelle. Aggiungere il pollo a dadini e il brodo e cuocere coperto per 1 ora a fuoco dolce. Unire alla fine il riso e i piselli e portare a cottura.
