MINESTRA DI VERMICELLI

Portare a ebollizione 4 tazze di brodo e versarvi dentro 200 g di vermicelli spezzettati e un mazzetto di maggiorana. Unirvi polpettine grandi come nocciole preparate con 200 g di carni miste tritate assieme e amalgamate con 1 uovo, sale, Pepe e Noce moscata.

Ultimare la cottura della pasta, eliminare la maggiorana e servire.
