VELLUTATA DI BASILICO E ZUCCHINE

vellutata_Basilico_zucchine Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g zucchine
200 g latte
24 foglie Basilico
20 g burro
4 cucchiai parmigiano
sale

Lavare le zucchine e tagliarle a pezzi. Far bollire il latte, salarlo, versarvi le zucchine e farle cuocere per 15'. Levare dal fuoco e aggiungere le foglie di Basilico ben lavate, il burro e il parmigiano. Frullare il tutto e servire con crostini di pane fritti nel burro.
