ZUPPA DI BIRRA SVIZZERA

Dosi per 4.

Far fondere in tegame una noce di burro e tostarvi dentro un cucchiaio di farina.

Aggiungere 1/2 l di Birra, 1 cucchiaino di Cannella in polvere e la buccia di 1 limone.

Portare a ebollizione, far sobbollire per 2 minuti e versarvi dentro 2 tuorli d'uovo sbattuti in 1/2 lt. di latte.

Rimescolare, salare, pepare, far cuocere a fiamma bassa per 5 minuti, eliminare la buccia di limone e servire con crostini di pane.
