BISTECCHE UBRIACHE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


4 bistecche
sale
Pepe
vino rosso
aglio
prezzemolo
2 pomodori pelati

Cuocere le bistecche nell'olio già caldo, salarle e peparle.

Toglierle dalla padella e versare nel fondo di cottura un bicchiere di vino rosso lasciandolo evaporare.

Unire un trito di aglio e prezzemolo e i pomodori, cuocere per qualche minuto e versare il tutto sulle bistecche.

Servire calde.
