BRACIOLE DI VITELLO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

12 braciole di vitello
150 g pangrattato
100 g Pecorino grattugiato
prezzemolo
aglio
olio
sale
Pepe

Mettere in una Terrina il pangrattato, il Pecorino, il prezzemolo e l'aglio tritati, il Pepe, il sale e mescolare. Passare in questo composto le braciole, avvolgere ognuna su se stessa, infilarle negli spiedini e cuocerle sulla graticola ungendole con l'olio. Servire gli spiedini ben caldi.
