CONIGLIO ALLA SPAGNOLA

coniglio_spagnola Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 coniglio
4 spicchi aglio
750 g pomodori pelati tagliati a filetti
1 trito di aromi misti
poco brodo
olio
burro
sale

Tagliare a pezzi il coniglio e farlo rosolare con olio e burro. Unire l'aglio a fettine, i pomodori, il trito di aromi e una presa di sale. Coprire e cuocere lentamente per circa 1 ora e 20', unendo se occorre poco brodo.
