COSTINE AL FORNO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1.2 kg Costine di maiale
2 spicchi aglio
2 rametti Rosmarino
olio
sale
Pepe

Incidere in più punti le Costine e nelle incisioni introdurre delle fettine di aglio sbucciato. Disporle in una teglia, salare, pepare e irrorare con un filo di olio. Unire il Rosmarino e mettere in forno caldo a 180o per un'ora e un quarto circa, finché la carne sarà tenera e ben dorata.
