COTOLETTE ALLE MELE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 cotolette maiale
150 g mele renette
50 g burro
vino bianco secco
farina
sale
Pepe

Soffriggere in un largo tegame il burro, unire le mele tritate, mescolare e, dopo 5 minuti, adagiare le fettine di carne infarinate.

Far dorare da ambo i lati, irrorare con il vino, farlo evaporare, salare e pepare.

Sistemare le cotolette in un piatto da portata, versare il sugo di cottura e servire calde.
