FEGATO ALLA SALVIA

4 fettine fegato di vitello
100 g prosciutto crudo
burro
Salvia
marsala
sale
Pepe

Cuocere nel burro le fettine di fegato con la Salvia tritata, il sale e il Pepe. Unire il prosciutto tagliato a listarelle, bagnare con il marsala e cuocere per pochi minuti.

Disporre in un piatto da portata, versare il sugo di cottura e servire.
