FETTINE IN AGRODOLCE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g fesa di vitello a fette
50 g burro
3 cucchiai olio
prezzemolo
1 cucchiaio zucchero
4 cucchiai aceto bianco
1 limone
sale

In un largo tegame rosolate le fettine con olio e poco sale. Appena dorate cospargete di prezzemolo tritato. In un altro recipiente sciogliete il burro, unite lo zucchero e fatelo sciogliere lentamente, poi diluite con l'aceto. Mescolate, versate sulla carne la salsa ottenuta, tenete ancora sul fuoco pochi minuti e servite.
