FILETTO AL VINO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

800 g filetto
vino rosso
1 carota
1 cipolla
1 costola sedano
50 g pancetta
50 g burro
farina
Noce moscata
sale
Pepe

Far macerare per un'ora il filetto in abbondante vino rosso. Tritare la carota, la cipolla, il sedano, la pancetta e far rosolare questo trito nel burro, spolverizzare di farina e Noce moscata, salare e pepare. Unire il filetto, bagnare con il vino e cuocere coperto per circa un'ora. Servire il filetto tagliato a fette.
