HAMBURGER AL VINO

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
4 Beefburger
1 bicchiere vino rosso
2 cucchiai farina
1 cucchiaio olio
25 g burro
sale
Pepe

Far rosolare in una padella l'olio e il burro, adagiarvi gli hamburger scongelati e infarinati, far cuocere 5 minuti per parte, salare, versare il vino, pepare e far restringere la salsa. Togliere la carne dal recipiente, deglassare il fondo di cottura con un po' di acqua tiepida, distribuire questa salsa sugli hamburger e servire.
