INVOLTINI DI FESA DI TACCHINO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g fesa di tacchino a fettine sottili
80 g pancetta affumicata
vino bianco
limone
1/4 l panna
sale
olio

Mettere sulle fettine un pezzo di pancetta, arrotolarle, fissare gli involtini con degli stecchini. Rosolarli in un po' di olio scaldato, voltarli. Abbassare il fuoco, continuare la cottura per 10' circa. Bagnare con il succo di Mezzo limone e la panna, salare e fare asciugare la salsina.
