LONZA AI FUNGHI

lonza_funghi Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg lonza
300 g funghi assortiti surgelati
aglio
Rosmarino
3 cucchiai olio
30 g burro
vino bianco
brodo

Steccare la lonza con il trito di aglio e Rosmarino, rosolarla in olio e burro, spruzzarla con il vino, unire i funghi, salare poco e cuocere per circa 1 ora bagnando con brodo caldo. Infine frullare il fondo di cottura e versarlo sulla carne.
