MOUSSE DI POLLO

Ingredienti:

500

g petto di pollo
1 confezione Besciamella già pronta
200 g panna montata non zuccherata
1 bicchiere marsala
1 l gelatina
sale

Lessare i petti di pollo, tritarli, passarli al setaccio, unire il marsala, la Besciamella, la panna, il sale e lavorare con delicatezza.

Porre in una coppa un po' di gelatina semifredda, far solidificare, versare il composto, coprire con l'altra gelatina, mettere in frigorifero per circa 2 ore e servire.
