Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 nodini vitello
1 bicchiere vino bianco
Salvia
Rosmarino
prezzemolo
Alloro
aglio
olio
sale
Pepe

Tritare la Salvia, il Rosmarino, il prezzemolo, l'Alloro e l'aglio. Disporre i nodini in una teglia unta di olio, salarli, peparli, cospargerli con il trito, bagnare con il vino e far cuocere in forno caldo per circa 30 minuti. Servirli caldi irrorati con il sugo di cottura.
