OCA AL FORNO

oca_forno Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 oca già pulita
2 spicchi aglio
Salvia
Rosmarino
timo
vino bianco secco
olio
sale
Pepe

Adagiare l'oca in una teglia unta di olio, unire gli spicchi di aglio interi e le erbe aromatiche, sale e Pepe. Mettere in forno caldo a 200' C e cuocere per circa 1 ora e mezza, spruzzando ogni tanto con un po' di vino, girando l'oca in modo che si dori da ogni parte e irrorandola con il sugo di cottura. Servire ben calda con il suo sugo.
