PASSATO DI POLLO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 petto di pollo
2 carote
2 patate
1 cipolla
1 costola sedano
1 dado
latte
burro
grana
sale
crostini di pane

Mettere in una pentola 1.5 l di acqua, il petto di pollo, le carote, le patate, la cipolla, il sedano e il dado, salare e cuocere per circa 1 ora.

Frullare il tutto, unire qualche cucchiaio di latte, una noce di burro e una manciata di grana grattugiato. Servire con i crostini di pane.
