PICCATA DI VITELLO SAPORITA

Ingredienti:

700

g fesa di vitello a fettine
2 spicchi aglio
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
Basilico
1/2 limone
30 g farina
50 g burro
brodo
sale

Infarinare le fettine e farle colorire in un tegame con il burro. Quando saranno dorate cospargerle con il prezzemolo, il Basilico e l'aglio tritati e far cuocere per pochi minuti. Salare, irrorare con il succo di limone, un mestolino di brodo, far addensare la salsa e servire.
