POLLO AL CURRY

Ingredienti:

pollo (1.3 Kg)
2 cipolle medie
2 tazze brodo
2 tazze latte di cocco
2 cucchiai abbondanti Curry
100 cc panna
olio

Tritare le cipolle e metterle a rosolare; aggiungere il Curry e poi il pollo tagliato a pezzetti.

Far rosolare il tutto per 15 minuti, poi salare, aggiungere il latte di cocco, il brodo e lasciar cuocere fino a quando non è ben cotto.

Togliere la carne dalla pentola, aggiungere la panna al sughetto, far consumare e poi ri-unire il tutto.
