POLLO AL LIMONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 pollo
75 g burro
1 rametto Rosmarino
un po' farina
brodo di dado
sale
Pepe
limone
cipolla

Dividere il pollo a pezzi e infarinarli. Cuocere i pezzi di pollo nell'olio e nel burro con la cipolla tritata per 15 minuti, salare e pepare. Bagnarlo con il brodo e cuocere a fiamma bassa per altri 10 minuti, quindi spruzzarlo con il limone e servire.
