POLPETTINE MISTE

Dosi per 4.

Mischiare insieme 200 g di carne macinata di manzo, 100 g di maiale magro macinato, 100 g di carne di vitello macinata, 30 g di pangrattato ammorbidito in 3 bicchieri di latte caldo per 2 ore, 1 cipolla tritata finemente e dorata in 30 gr. di burro, 1 cucchiaio di aneto (prazzemolo), 1 uovo, sale, Pepe.

Amalgamare bene l'impasto e ricavarne polpette da friggere nel burro caldo finché sono ben dorate su entrambi i lati.
