ROAST-BEEF DELLO CHEF

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g roast-beef
1 bicchierino Porto
1/2 cucchiaio farina
1 cucchiaino salsa Worcester
1 cucchiaino Senape
3--4 cucchiai panna
vino bianco
olio
burro

Cuocere in olio e burro il roast-beef spruzzandolo con un po' di vino. Unire al fondo di cottura il Porto, una noce di burro lavorata con la farina, la Worcester, la panna e la Senape. Far addensare la salsa e servirla con il roast-beef tagliato a fette sottili.
